Pet Peeves…

A friend of mine has been blogging about his pet peeves.  So, I thought I would take a turn.  This is one that I feel so strongly about…

I feel so strong about this that I think I will write the company a complaint letter.  Every now and then when I go to Dunkin’ Donuts, I get a vanilla cream donut.  If you don’t know, the vanilla cream donut has the white sugar cream, not the yellow cream.  Anyway, I digress.  Most of the time, DD puts a dollop of cream on the outside of the donut, covering the hole where they inserted the cream.  Love it!

But here is my pet peeve.  When the DD workers grab the donut from the tray to put it into the bag, they grab it from the other side to avoid getting cream on their hands.  But this means that when they put it into the bag, the put the cream dollop down first, smearing it all over the bottom of the bag.  So, when I eat my donut, the dollop sticks to the bottom and I don’t get to enjoy it.  That is unless I stick my finger into the bag and get it off the bottom of the bag (not that I have ever done this of course).

Well, as you can see, this is a pretty serious epidemic that needs to be fixed.
