Stinky Housing Market…

So, I was curious.  How many homes are for sale directly around my home?  Ugh, as you can see, there are “several”.  The market is flooded and therefore the value of our home is in the gutter.  I know, many of us are in this boat together.  The market around us is especially bad!

Each icon represents a house for sale.  These are all within a mile or so from our house.

Wow! That's a lot of houses so close to you guys. At least you're not trying to sell! We just lowered our price to rock bottom in hopes of getting out of here before Baby comes. (We are SO ready to get out of here!!!) We're giving it two months, and if we can't sell, it's coming off the market for a while, and we'll just have to make it work here with two kiddos. Here's to hoping it doesn't come to that...
