It would be great if there were 5 Rob's so that everything got done exactly as I would do them (dripping sarcasm intended). Oh my goodness, can you imagine? That would not be good.
I think I have learned something about myself. I am a jerk. Maybe we are all at times, but after doing a little biblically inspired self reflection, I think I have realized that I need to learn better what it means to lead without telling someone how to do their job. How stifling, limiting, not creative, not team oriented, hand-cuffing. I think I have a tendency to do that, and that is the last thing I want to do. I need to lead, embrace, empower and let go... 1 Corinthians 12 seems to apply here. So does this.
Then again, I am better than anyone else I know at just about everything...
